Follow up appointments are essential for patients with braces. The appointments usually involve adjustments to wires, replacement of bands, and checking on progression of teeth alignment.
Dr. Martin also completed an additional year of training as a resident in hospital dentistry, followed by a three-year specialty training program in orthodontics at the University of Alabama. Dr. Martin is certified in Invisalign and Incognito Lingual Brace System, and is also a public lecturer and a published author.
